We are experts in quantitative and qualitative evaluation of NHS service improvement initiatives and innovative new products. We examine patient outcomes, cost impacts, staff and patient experience, and the practicalities of implementation, to provide a rich and balanced account of the effectiveness of the intervention, and its potential application in other areas.

Recent evaluation projects have focused on inpatient improvement programmes and multidisciplinary diabetic foot care services for NHS England.

We are currently working on a number of evaluations, including the South London Diabetes Test Bed for Innovate UK,  new pathways for the treatment of eating disorders, and personalised behaviour change programmes for weight loss.
